Why does Primatte see the wrong layer?

0

When I open Primatte Chromakey, I can’t see the image I am trying to mask. Instead, I see a solid color or the Photoshop layer that I don’t want to work on. Most likely, you have the wrong layer selected in your Photoshop file. You need to cancel Primatte, then go into your Photoshop Layers palette. Select the layer that contains your blue (or green) screened image. Primatte cannot automatically detect the image you want to mask. You need to tell it which layer to work with by selecting the layer first.
