The Sentinel Drivers must have the “service” installed in order to make Predator DNC run using Remote Desktop. First confirm all works fine locally at the PC. Next, still at the PC, remove the Sentinel Drivers and reboot. Then install the Sentinel Drivers and select “Complete”. There should be a DOS window that pops up and installs the services. Reboot again. You can refer to the following FAQ for the instructions on how to upgrade the Sentinel Drivers. Launch Predator locally and it should fire off. Then close the DNC. Then go to remote PC, it will prompt for codes when firing off Predator. Change the license type to “unknown” DNC should begin working. If the LICENSE TYPE is set for USB, DNC looks for it locally.
