Why does Portland cement have a sell by date?
Plastic bags have recently become an option,maybe they’ll become the norm.And the whole ides with cement is it undergoes a chemical reaction in the pressence of water,it hardens,it also goes off after a period of time by the fine powder comperssing under it’s own weight,or the weight of other bags stored on top of it,once it’s started to change from the fine powder it’s useless.
