Why does POLi automatically sign me out after 15 minutes?
A number of banks have automatic ‘time-outs’ on their Internet sites. This is an added security feature (like password-protected screen-savers) to reduce the risk of a third party accessing your bank account on your PC if you leave it unattended. You should either CONFIRM or CANCEL your POLi transaction before leaving your PC.
