Why does PhotoShow say it is failing to connect to the internet even though Im connected?
PhotoShow sometimes has trouble connecting to the internet if you sign on while PhotoShow is already running. If you experience this problem, try signing on to your Internet Service Provider before starting PhotoShow. If you are already connected when you launch PhotoShow, or if you have high-speed internet and are always connected, yet still encounter this problem, it’s possible that PhotoShow is being prevented from connecting to the internet by your security, anti-virus, or firewall software. If you have such software, please adjust your security settings to allow PhotoShow access to the net, and/or lower your security index, and/or disable the software altogether.
