Why does PayPerClip require payment at the time the media opportunity is presented rather that after the placement has occurred?
Like any other professional service firm, PayPerClip expects to be paid at the time its services are transferred to the client. Our primary service is developing media opportunities, which we deliver upon the client’s acceptance of the offer. If a placement does not occur, the client receives a 100% refund. We found that clients tend to pay more slowly when their story has already occurred before invoicing, and our fees remain lower for everyone when this is not an issue.
