Why does nurture (feral children) affect development?
If you’re asking why does being feral affect development for children it depends on teh environment they are raised in. So if they have not been around humans past certain critical language development stages they might not ever be able to learn certain things such as complex grammar structures. Also they are not socialized around humans so they might not act in normal “people” ways. There are several extreme, sad, but incredibly interesting cases. Some sadly were abused and neglected, otehrs were in the wild.
