Check sound control. Open VOLUME item and SW SYNTH item. If you can’t find the SW SYNTH item, that’s no matter. Sound should be set enough high to hear. If Keyboard Music on this PC has not sounded yet, check that whether Control Panel | Multimedia | MIDI has been set wrong. If Keyboard Music on this PC still has not sound, check that if the sound card driver is proper to operation system. There are two examples. One is that sound is too little in sound control to hear (Pay attention to earphone). The other is that operation system is Windows Me, but the sound card driver is for Windows 9x. If Keyboard Music on your PC still has not sound, send Email to us.
