Why does North Korea want to develop nuclear technology even though they are a third world country?
1. Because if they have something they can threaten us, and their neighbors with, everyone gets in line to bribe them into stopping. So they agree to stop, we give them all sorts of money and subsidies (which we are doing to an astronomical level, by the way), then when they want more, they announce they’re going to start up their program again. 2. When they get bored with #1, they sell nukes to other countries, which the world is soon going to find out, is what they are doing with Iran. These two things, is how they are feeding their people, because their socialist, protectionist economy has already long ago collapsed. (They also are involved in software piracy and counterfeiting of US dollars on a large scale). Iran is magically going to all of a sudden have working nukes, and that’s most likely where they came from.
