Why does Nokia Maps not offer a tracking mode?
If you have a GPS receiver connected to your mobile device or if you own a mobile device with internal GPS receiver and your device is supported by Nokia Maps, the application can be used as full navigation solution. You can use the navigation feature for three days on all supported navigable maps without paying a license fee (note that the 3-day navigation trial is only available for Nokia Maps 1.0 on Symbian Series 60 3rd Edition mobile devices). If you like the navigation feature in Nokia Maps, you can of course continue using it! Navigation for different countries and regions is available for purchase. To purchase a navigation upgrade for a certain region, in the main screen of Nokia Maps, go to Options > Extra Services > Add Navigation > Select region/country and select a license period (7-day, 1-month, 1-year, 3-year license period). Choose your payment method and press OK.
