Why does no one answer the FNDC or DYT phone?
In order to keep costs to a minimum, our part time staff work out of their homes. We had a FNDC line that was attached to a home phone. Unfortunately, quite often, the phone would ring in the middle of the night or during dinner time. It was decided we would have a phone number that is a voice message line. Phone message are picked up regularly, and given to the appropriate person to return your call. We thank you for your patience. The TTY line is a different number, and text messages may be left on that line as well.
