All of our ingredients enjoy a long and safe history of use as substantiated through the Personal Care Products Council. Sodium Laureth Sulfate is not a harmful ingredient. It and all of our ingredients are allowed for use in cosmetics by the Food and Drug Administration. Not only are they judged by our government to be safe and effective for their intended use, they are further tested by the Personal Care Products Council under their Cosmetic Ingredient Review Expert Panel. From a Global Perspective, these ingredients have been accepted as safe to use in 40 countries.
