Why does Neways use preservatives?
Over the course of the company’s existence, one issue Neways has faced is the issue of preservatives. Preservatives are ingredients that protect products from chemical change or microbial action. Neways realizes that it is dangerous for consumers to use contaminated products infested with bacteria, and we use antimicrobial preservatives in low concentration to eradicate their growth. Left unrestrained, such bacterial growth could lead to serious skin or mucous-membrane infections and even toxic shock or death. Despite their benefits, preservatives could be accused of being harmful ingredients. Indeed, some groups accuse Neways of being hypocritical in their use of preservatives. It is true that preservatives in high concentrations could harm body cells, but this fact has oftentimes mislead consumers about the value of using preservatives in low concentrations.
