Why does Netscape crash when I try to send mail when WebRecord Pro is running?

A. WebRecord Pro uses DDE to communicate with your browser to track the URLs you browse to in case you also want them loaded into WebRecord Pro. There is a bug in Netscape mail that causes it to crash if any program attempts DDE communications with it when it sends HTML-formatted messages. If this affects you, you will either need to remember to not to run WebRecord Pro when sending mail, or turn off the HTML formatting in Netscape (through Navigator’s Edit>Preferences>Mail & Groups >Messages option).
