Why does NCCCO require a Chief Examiner to administer the NCCCO test?
A Chief Examiner administers all NCCCO test administrations for two major reasons: to guarantee the security of the test, and to ensure the test is administered in the same way at all times, at test sites across the country. NCCCO and International Assessment Institute (IAI) maintain meticulous control over the storage and distribution of the tests.
