Why does my Xbox 360 make a weird noise while running?
First off Im going to warn you that the only reason to buy a PS3 is for Metal Gear Solid 4 and it’s possible sequals. That aside, it is normal for a 360 to be a little loud when on. Unless it’s making noises other than sounding like a large fan blowing you should be in good shape. And if its still on when you turn it off, you probably have something plugged into it using the power, possibly a plug and play cord charging a battery in a controller. Also, I’d advise against buying and intercooler as they sometimes cause the system to turn off due to the unstable power input. And also pull more power out of the system creating an even higher chance of it ironically overheating. Hope I helped, peace.
