Why does my vacation accrual rate change slightly during random months?
Vacation accrual rates change each year at the beginning of your accrual month. Your specific accrual month information has been pre-entered into your monthly timesheets. Vacation accruals are set according to years of service (See Annual Leave (Vacation) Accrual Rates below). Accruals, or number of vacation hours, are not always evenly divisible by 12.
