Why does my UniGene cluster id return multiple Ensembl clusters?
There is not a one-to-one relationship between Ensembl and UniGene clusters (explained here). For example Hs.57301 corresponds to ENSG00000121716 and ENSG00000137309. Both of these Ensembl clusters will be displayed in the search results: By default, ASG displays the first match it finds (in this case ENSG00000121716).
