These features are part of the Palm OS phone and specifically reference the built-in Contacts/Address Book database. Because Beyond Contacts installs its own application to the handheld, these features are not inherently supported. However, there is a new feature included in versions 3.005 and above of Beyond Contacts to allow each Contact’s name, company, e-mail address and phone numbers from Outlook to be available in both Beyond Contacts as well the built-in Contacts/Address Book database on your handheld. This feature especially benefits those using Smartphones such as the Treo 600 and Samsung i500.
