Why does my Outbound Transfer Recipient’s status display ‘Recipient registration required’ if the recipient has already registered?
Make sure that your recipient is registered with the same mobile number or email address that you used to set them up. Also, please verify the recipient’s name and the email address or mobile number are correct. Transfers can only be completed when the recipient’s associated name, and email address or mobile number has been verified successfully. If you need to correct the recipient information on a pending transfer, you will also need to cancel and resubmit the transfer. Note: the system will automatically cancel the pending transfer after 14 days if the recipient’s associated information was not verified successfully.
