Why does my order status still say pending after 24 hours of placing the order?
The pending status simply means your order has been received and is waiting to be processed in the warehouse. If an order is still pending after 24 hours of ordering: 1.) Your credit card verification did not go through and contact attempts via e-mail/phone have failed. 2.) One or more of the items in the order may be out of stock. 3.) Your phone number is invalid. 4.) Your shipping address is invalid. (ie. PO Box, bad zip code, etc.) In any of these situations, our office attempts to contact the phone phone number(s)/email address(s) you provided to resolve any further delay. Please note that we do not ship orders without a valid email address or phone number.
