Why does my MediaMVP time out when trying to do Live-TV when using a BDA Multiplexer?

If you are using a BDA multiplexer and finding that your live TV never seems to occur because the MediaMVP resets and reconnects to the server, then you may wish to choose a multiplexer that is not the Microsoft DVR-MS. The MS multiplexer encodes into the Microsoft Recorded TV Show format, which is not MPEG2 compliant. MediaMVP is a MPEG2 decoder only and as such GB-PVR must transcode the stream into an MPEG2 compliant stream (you need the CyberLink MUX for this) prior to transmitting it to the MediaMVP. This transcoding takes just a tad to long for the MediaMVP and hence Live-TV does not occur.
