Note: the following is for microsoft based OS (operating systems) Download the program Speecy from FileHippo (you will need to find it on the site) (also this is a safe program don’t worry) Install and run speecy check to see what is heating up e.g. is it your CPU (CPU should be running at 40 to 55 degrees) if it is not your CPU then go to the HDD (Hard Drive) in the left pane (HDD should be running at 40 to 50 degrees, if your Hard Drive is running any higher then you might want to consider replacing the HDD and reinstall windows as files (pictures/documents) could already or going to be damaged. You can also go into a computer technician to clean out dust of your machine it might be that your GPU (graphics card, if you have one) might be clogged up with dust and not letting out heat. If it is none of these then you have a manufacturer level heating problem or wear and tear of MB (motherboard) so the last two options I recommend is either buying a Fan Cooler they sell for around $55 t
