Why does my landweb direct service sometimes terminate for no apparent reason while I am using it?
Some landweb direct customers are experiencing the problem of being locked out of the service in mid-session. If this happens to you, please wait for 10 minutes and then try to sign back into the system. If you are still unable to sign in you should contact the LRNI Business Helpdesk on 028 90251700 and request your session to be unlocked so that you can start using the landweb direct service again. A new sign out facility is currently being developed for landweb direct that will enable you to sign out of the system and then sign in again without the 10 minute delay.
