Why does my Integrated Client Account look incorrect on the Business/Tax Agent or BSP Portal?

We are currently updating our systems to give effect to the 20% PAYG instalment reduction for the December 2008 quarter. As a result your/your clients’ accounts may show some unexpected postings over the next few weeks. To reflect the reduced instalment amount on taxpayers’ accounts we need to cancel the original activity statement postings and reprocess the activity statement to reflect the reduced PAYG instalment amount. This will not involve us re-issuing activity statements/instalment notices but will require adjustment to account postings only. This process will be occurring over the coming months. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience if you are affected.
