Your mouse driver did not completely install and has loaded a generic Microsoft mouse driver. To correct this, EXIT Immersion Desktop (v.2.1) (by right-clicking the hand icon in the system tray and choosing “Exit”), unplug your mouse, and reinstall your original mouse software. After you have done this, you can plug your mouse back in. If this does not correct your problem, follow the same steps above, but uninstall your mouse software and Immersion Desktop (v.2.1) first, before attempting the reinstallation.
