Why does my G4 lock up after installing the Grappler 940UW SCSI card?
You need to update the Grappler’s firmware to version 3.30. To upgrade the firmware, download Grappler Flash Update Utility at: http://www.orangemicro.com/updatescsi.html. Disconnect any SCSI devices and drives before running the update. Print out the read me file that comes with the download, and it will step you through the upgrade process.
