Why does my firewall show that AIM Log Manager initiates outgoing Internet connections?
AIM Log Manager connects to our server periodically to check for software updates (unless you have disabled that option), and also to authenticate the registration code that the program is registered with. No personal information, computer information, or anything related to your logs is ever communicated–only the program version and registration information.
