Why does my DiskGO flash drive not show the full amount of space it is supposed to have?
Due to the nature of the way computers allocate space on disks, there is some storage space lost to file allocation. This is the case with any hard drive or USB flash drive. The usable size of the DiskGO should be within about 10-12% of the device’s stated size. If it is off by more than that, contact us for further assistance.
