Some devices, including those using the Windows Mobile operating system try to reconnect to the wi-fi hotspot name that was last used to connect to the Internet. As a result, your device may try to reconnect to BTOpenzone and not the BT Home Hub as you would expect . If this happens, you will have to manually change the setting so that you connect to the BT Home Hub.
