Usually this is an overheating problem. Try finding ways to give it better airflow. If it’s a desktop don’t shove it in some corner, leave it in the the open room because it needs the ability to get proper airflow around it. You might even open up the side of the casing. If all that doesn’t work you could even try using a fan to blow air into it. If it’s a laptop and you can feel where it’s getting to hot you could also use a cold pack and that part of it…though make sure the could pack doesn’t sweat too much.
