Why does my computer not sense that the nvi is connected to the computer?
A. Here are some possible troubleshooting steps if the nvi does not show as being connected to your computer: • Unplug the USB cable from your computer. • Turn the nvi off and then back on again. • Plug the USB cable into your computer. The nvi automatically turns on and goes into USB Mass Storage Mode. If the computer still does not sense that the nvi is connected, please contact Product Support .
