This crash, known as a kernal panic, is a known issue with the most recent BlackMagic Design drivers for the DeckLink cards. You will need to download version 7.7.3 from the link below and install that driver to resolve the issue. Download BlackMagic driver You can skip the registration process and just click on the Download Now button at the bottom of the form.
