Why does my computer freeze up while taking a quiz in the Respondus LockDown Browser?
This was a known issue with certain web browser versions and the Respondus LockDown Browser. Respondus has issued a fix for this. Please download the latest version of the Respondus LockDown Browser prior to taking any future quizzes. Your quiz should have been successfully submitted. Please confirm with your instructor. Because it is a grade-related issue, no one (including UNC Charlotte HelpDesk staff) can make any changes to the quiz score or grade except the instructor (or qualifying TA). Your instructor can contact Help Staff to request assistance if needed.
