Why does my bracelet storage bag say “Please store in air tight bag. Please keep out of direct sunlight and keep dry”?
Your bracelet is made of sterling silver, and sterling silver will tarnish over time if you don’t take care of it. You don’t have to keep it in the bag, a jewelry box or any place that is out of direct sunlight and away from drafts will work just fine. We also want you to keep your bracelet dry. i.e. don’t swim or bath with it on because it will weaken the bond inside the bracelet making it easier to break. We don’t want that! The bracelets are made to last, and with proper care they will last forever.
