Why does my boyfriend play mind games when he is insecure?
just reassure the guy so he has no reason to be insecure. Maybe something happened in his past and this is making him feel like that. No-one can make it better only himself as he has to believe he is worthy of your love or any love and love himself first and to find happiness within. Tell him to talk to someone as will help him but don’t be preachy to him as he may have alot of pain inside. Reassure him if he is a good boyfriend in every other way and just sit down and talk to him and hug him and be patient and tell him he can trust you. Wish you luck.
