A. Therapeutic Putty is a division of Tresuz Websites, all billing is done through them. Q. Do you accept PayPal as payment? A. Yes, in fact our shopping cart is PayPal based. Q. Do you charge sales tax? A. We charge sales tax only on orders billed to a Washington State address. We are based out of Washington State. Q. How long will my order be processed and shipped? A. Orders received after 1:00pm EST will be processed the following day. We don’t ship on weekends or holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
