Why does my banner only appear 1 time on the GreenAdTrader network for every 2 GreenAdTrader banners that is shown on my site (2:1 ratio)?

Most of these extra ads are sold to pay for our ISP costs, managment and business costs. Additional ads that are not sold are used to promote the network and help out our charity partners for free. Each year, we also give 20% of all profit to one of our selected ‘environmental’ charities.
