Why does my All-In-One Fax / Scanner / Printer not work or supported in ASP?
All printers require a dedicated, stand-alone Windows 200x Server print driver from the manufacturer to be installed on the terminal servers. Print drivers that include installation software for scanning, faxing, etc. are not able to be installed reliably on your servers, and are therefore deemed unsupported. We provide reasonable effort to locate and install print drivers for all printers; however, some specialty printers such as All-In-One printers do not provide the necessary Terminal Server compatible print drivers required. This is an issue with the manufacturer, not NTI or Terminal ASP Software. Customers should be told to check compatibility with us before purchasing a printer intended for use on ASP, and informed of this potential limitation before ASP services are sold to the customer.
