Why does my 95 yamaha fzr600 keep fouling spark plugs?

If your bike is a 95 there is no doubt that the intake boots are hard and dry rotted,which would allow them to suck air which causes high idle.I would also assume the carbs need to be gone through and cleaned.Look at those boots and change them first,you never know you might get lucky and solve the problem(I doubt it)by doing just that.
