there might be something stuck in his paw and is hurting him. Or it could be that he’s bored. Check his paw and see if there is any thing on it that looks like is hurting him. If you don’t find anything he’s probably just bored and wants to chew on something so i would suggest giving him a chew toy or a bone. I wouldn’t worry about it to much though, unless your puppy starts limping. If he starts limping and stuff you should probably go see a vet.

Its either that he has a rash or he is bored, if he has a rash then you should take him to the vet so they can fix it, but if hes just bored then you should buy him a chew toy. I hope that this info helped you.
