Why does movingweather only run as admininstrator?

This will occur if, when you installed movingweather, you selected “just me” rather than “everyone to use”. Please uninstall movingweather first via the add/remove programs in your control panel and then by going to C>programs and deleting movingweather from in there. You then need to reinstall selecting “everyone to use”. There is no need to re-register as your existing account no and password will work.
