Why does MMS require sample direct marketing pieces?
We are contractually obligated by the owners of the lists we manage to obtain samples of any marketing communications to be disseminated using their data for advance review and approval. This pertains to direct mail pieces, telemarketing scripts, and broadcast fax copy. E-mail communications are also subject to advance approval.
