Why does military equipment take so long to modernize? They still use hummers and old guns?
There are military advancements although you probably might be aware of them. The latest: MRM-CE laser guided rounds that can go 12 KM and be handed off by a spotter so the tank doesn’t even have to see the target. Radar guided HYDRA rockets that can be fired from the Apache-64-D and are cheaper to fire than the longbow hellfire missiles. Plug and play navy ships which can be “quickly” modified for a variety of missions from carrying cargo to becoming something like an anti mine ship, to becoming a helipad to becoming something like a destroyer.
