Why does Merthyr Tydfil need a customer panel?
Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council needs to know what customers think about the services it provides. If all of the different services within the Council did this separately, not only would it cost a lot of money, it would also mean that people were being asked their views repeatedly by different service areas. Having the Focuspoint Customer Consultation Panel is therefore a cost effective and efficient way for Merthyr Tydfil CBC to find out what the people of Merthyr Tydfil think and how we can best deliver and improve services for customers.
