Why does Mediacom Channel 22 carry programs from Iowa like “Iowa Conversations” and “I Love Dubuque”?
Ottawa is about 100 miles from Iowa. I’d like to suggest replacing this channel with another fine PBS station, WYCC Channel 20 from Chicago. A.
