Actually it may seem that way, but our local national employees make up less than 1/3 of our employee totals. MCCS is a part of an agreement with the Japanese government, which hires a certain amount of local national employees in order to conduct business in Japan. MCCS still offers a wide variety of positions for our spouse and dependent job seekers. Please check out our jobs’ section to see what positions are currently available.
