Until a transfer agreement has been determined, the Army will make any and all future decisions regarding potential environmental cleanups at Fort Monmouth. The Army does not have any insight in what Matrix may or may not propose regarding potential cleanup remedies after the transfer of the property. This is not within Fort Monmouth’s purview.
