MASTERserv uses a cookie to keep trek of how long a user has been logged in. If the time expires for that cookie then it will forward you to the timeout page. MASTERserv MUST see this cookie. If cookies are disabled in your browser MASTERserv will timeout your session due to the fact it is unable create or see a cookie.
