A. Your email password is encrypted and has to be entered again by you. Q. How many accounts may I have? A. This version of Mailwasher only supports one account. If you wish to have multiple accounts, then upgrade to MailWasher Pro. Q. How do I stop automatically my account? A. In the tools menu-accounts-properties box, remove the tick from Include this account in default mail check. Q. Can I use Compuserve with MailWasher? A. Yes. You need a “mail-only password”, also known as a “POP3 password”. If you don’t already have one, you can create one via “GO NPX-92” on CompuServe. Note that your “User name (POP3)” inside MailWasher’s account details should *not* be e.g. “johnsmith@compuserve.com” but instead your original numerical login, e.g. “123456,1234”. The POP3 server is pop.compuserve.com, and if you’re dialing in via CompuServe use smtp.compuserve.com as the SMTP server (otherwise use smtp.[your_normal_ISP].com etc.).
